港澳通行證收費依據及標準

(一)收費依據

《國家發展和改革委員會、財政部關於電信網碼號資源佔用費等部分行政事業性收費標準的通知》(發改價格1186號)。

(二)收費標準

往來港澳通行證每證80元，往來港澳一次有效簽註每件15元，二次有效簽註每件30元，短期(不超過一年)多次有效簽註每件80元，一年以上(不含一年)兩年以下(含兩年)多次有效簽註每件120元，兩年以上(不含兩年)三年以下(不含三年)多次有效簽註每件160元，長期(三年以上，含三年)多次有效簽註每件240元。

(三)審批機構進行稽核，作出批准或者不予批准的決定，不予批准的'，審批機構向申請人出具《不予批准決定書》。

(四)申請人領取證件。

港澳通行證辦理方式

內地居民申請往來港澳通行證和簽註，須由本人向公安機關出入境管理部門提出申請，但有下列情形之一的，按照相應規定提交申請：

(一)未滿16週歲人員申請往來港澳通行證的，由監護人或者監護人委託他人陪同申請。監護人應當提交監護證明(如出生證明、戶口簿等)、居民身份證等身份證明並留存影印件;監護人委託他人陪同的，還須提交委託書以及陪同人的居民身份證等身份證明並留存影印件。

(二)已持有效往來港澳通行證，在原往來港澳通行證或者原簽註申請受理部門申請簽註的，可以委託他人代為申請。委託他人代為申請的，委託人須出具委託書，被委託人須交驗本人居民身份證原件，並提交影印件。申請人在港澳地區的，不得委託他人代為申請。

(三)已持有效往來港澳通行證，通過勞務經營公司組織赴香港或者澳門就業的，以及在港澳就業期間繼續申請逗留簽註的，可由勞務經營公司代為申請逗留簽註。勞務經營公司須事先將公司印章、負責人簽名向勞務經營公司所在地有關公安機關出入境管理部門備案。

(四)內地居民按照有關規定在香港或者澳門向深圳或者珠海簽證辦提出申請的，可通過香港或者澳門中國旅行社提交有關申請材料。
