教學過程
一、熱身(Warm-up)
1.師生問好:

二、新授(Presentation)
1.教師將一位新朋友介紹給大家。教師扮演這個新朋友，問一個女生：What’s your name?引導這個女生回答：My name’s (Li min). 教師對其他學生說：She’s (Li min). 並示意學生跟著重複這句話。
2.教師指著離自己稍遠的女生問：Who’s that girl?引導學生回答：She’s Wang yan.
出示課件：Who’s that girl?
Who’s she?她是誰?

3.用同樣的步驟問一個男生，用he代替she。

7.教師可向學生出示幾張明星的照片或圖片，讓學生做Who’s that man? Who’s that woman?的問答練習。
8.教師出示自己的家庭照片說：This is my family. Do you know who they are?鼓勵學生對照片中的人物提問，教師用She’s my mother. He’s my father.來回答，並重復單詞father, mother。教師再次用mom, dad代替mother, father進行回答，向學生指出mom和dad更多地用於日常口語中。
9.讓學生觀看教學課件展示Let’s talk的內容。
10.讓學生看書聽錄音，跟讀課文對話。
11.讓學生分組表演課文並展示。
三、鞏固與延伸(Consolidation and extension)
’s family is this?
教師先收集幾張學生的全家福，出示其中一張問：Who’s family is this ?引導該家庭的學生迅速反應：This is my family.然後讓其他同學對照片中的人物發問，該生回答。
2.猜人
請一名學生到前面，蒙上他/她的眼睛，再叫一名學生說幾句英語，讓全班學生問：Who’s that boy/girl?猜的人說：He’s… /She’s…猜對了，就矇住說話學生的眼睛，繼續遊戲。(在遊戲過程中播放英語歌曲，創設愉快氛圍。)
3.出示照片：生問答。

1、出示Liu Xing’s family的圖片問學生：Who’s this boy?讓學生回答：He’s Liu Xing。He’s Liu Xing’s brother。Who’s this girl?He’s Liu Xing’s sister。
2、分別出示father, mother的圖片，問學生：Who’s that man (woman)?引導學生說出：He’s Liu Xing’s father(dad). She’s Liu Xing’s mother (mum).並把圖片貼到黑板上。
3、出示單詞卡，讓學生認讀father, mother, mum,讓學生把這些單詞卡貼到黑板上相應的圖片下。
出示圖片：This is Liu Xing’s grandmother。
口語：grandma
This is Liu Xing’s grandfather。
口語:grandpa
讓學生把這些單詞卡貼到黑板上相應的圖片下。
4、There are 9 people in Mike’s family, too. Do you know who are they?可先讓學生猜，再出示圖片教讀單詞：grandfather (grandpa), grandmother(grandma), brother, sister, 並把圖片貼到黑板上，形成family tree.注：向學生說明grandpa, grandma多用於口語中。
5、出示單詞卡，讓學生先試著把單詞grandfather(grandpa),grandmother(grandma), brother, sister貼到相應的圖片下，再教讀單詞。

四人一小組，拿出自己的帶的全家福向小組成員介紹自己的'家庭成員。如果你沒有全家福，就以Mike 或者Wu Yifan的身份，向小組成員介紹自己 的家庭成員。
利用自畫家庭樹，小組成員之間進行詢問對話。
