不知不覺，我國中畢業了，這個原本我會非常開心時，心情卻非常的複雜。

九年級下學期就這樣平淡地結束，這意味著我們要永遠告別陪伴我三年的學校，告別三年來朝夕相處的同學。而迎接我們的是一個未知的世界。

以前，總是聽父母說珍惜美好青春，時間不等人之類的話，心裡總是不以為然，。到了現在，我才深深的體會到時光如水的含義。夜裡無人，四周一片寂靜，學校的一幕幕經常會浮現在我的的眼前。錦州軍訓、五里河運動會、沃爾瑪崗位體驗、參觀海城少管所……這一切還向剛剛發生過那樣清晰。但已經離我們很遙遠了。

過去的用換不回再回來，正如張老師說的一樣，不會有人兩次同時踏入同一條河裡。能夠留給我們的也僅僅是回憶。每當回憶起那些與我一起哭、一起笑過的同學，那一件件學校中發生的小事，再想到這些永遠也不會再回來，不禁讓我為之落淚。

國中畢業了，我將讀高中，在那裡，我會認識新的朋友，不過，我不會忘記我的國中生活的。

I can see that most parents still not understand what does soft violence means, they usually think that beating kids is violence, but soft violence, they have no idea. The words like that will cause serious psychological burden to young little kids, and they would study every hard and ignore their health, while they are in the high stress to worry about they will not find a good job, and have no ability to support their old parents, that would become a black sheep.

As a result, I have developed a list of helpful hints(示意,暗示) for dealing with depression(意氣消沉,沮喪). One thing I have learned to do is keep a mood diary. About four times a day, I jot(草草記下) down a one-word description of my mood at that moment---- sad, tired, frustrated, happy, and so on. Then I ask myself questions like “

what event preceded(優於?) this mood? Have I just eaten a lot of junk(廢棄的舊物) food or drunk a lot of coffee? Have I felt this way before?” after keeping this diary for a while, I have begun to see patterns to my moods. I‘ve found for example that consuming(消費的) a lot of salty foods like chips makes me feel tense. Another mood-controlling hint(線索) that I‘ve taken is to exercise every day.

Exercise seems to prevent depression, and it also helps me sleep better. Any type of exercise works, including jogging,( 慢跑運動衣), dancing, and even walking around the block. I can also overcome depression by giving myself a small treat those times when my spirits are under the weather(under the weather==不舒服)，for instance, I will go to a movie, listen to a record, or try on a new shirt. If I still feel miserable(痛苦的),I try to keep my chin up, for no bad mood lasts forever.

大家都知道口語要說的地道，而我們的寫作往往停留在中式英語的誤區中，而且很難發現。

“為什麼我的詞彙量如此豐富卻仍然寫不出能讓閱卷老師滿意的作文?”相信不少同學都曾有過這樣的疑問。詞彙量的多寡往往並不是一篇英語作文質量好或者壞的關鍵。許多同學即便很努力地去準備作文，但最終分數仍然不理想，這很可能是因為他們陷入了某種寫作的誤區。今天，張譯雲老師就要為大家列舉比較常見的三種英語寫作誤區，希望能幫小勇士們“對號入座”，並施以針對性的改進。

誤區一：用中文思維串聯英文詞彙

一些同學在絞盡腦汁也寫不出英語作文的情況下，會先按照題目寫一箇中文稿出來，然後再借助電子辭典翻譯出一篇所謂的英語作文。還有一些同學習慣性地用中文的表達方式來寫英語作文。這就造成了所謂的中國式英語作文。在這樣的作文裡，我們常常讀到以下這類用中文的語法和英語單詞拼湊出來的句子：

“When Iwas a child,my parents very love me。”(正確表達：When Iwas achild,my parents loved me very much)。

解決之道：強化語法

要想流利的掌握一門外語，你需要能夠使用該語言思考。而將中文式思維轉變為英語思維的最根本的途徑之一就是強化語法知識。很多同學的詞彙量很豐富，但是對於怎麼用，什麼時候用卻並不明白。而這些恰恰是語法知識所能告訴我們的。哪些詞要用在句中，哪些詞應該用在句尾，語法裡都有相應的規定。一旦用錯了位置就會寫成英國人看不懂的英語作文。另外，對於詞彙所存在的不同的形態也應該注意。

誤區二：過分“精雕細琢”而忽視了“大局”

不少同學在寫英語作文時，將過多的注意力放在“優美的文筆”上面。因此，他們不停地用電子辭典蒐集華麗的詞藻，並運用難度頗高的句式，以期能讓自己的作文“技高一籌”。但事實上，多數情況下會弄巧成拙。太生僻的單詞同學們運用起來並不能得心應手，而且使用太複雜的句型也常常會出錯。

解決之道：用平常心表達平常事

要寫作要求學生能夠綜合運用邏輯、詞彙和語法等多種知識和技能來完成一個寫作任務，但並不苛求學生去做標新立異的創作。因此同學們無需力求完美地到電子辭典裡去找生僻的詞彙，也不需要寫得多麼高深莫測，而是應該抱著平常的心態去描述自己看到的東西，表達自己想到的內容，將學過的詞從記憶深處調動出來，複習語法課上學到的知識。用這樣的心態寫出來的東西內容雖簡單但不乏生活氣息，語言雖稚嫩，但卻準確易懂。

誤區三：文章冗長細枝末節過多

不少學生在寫作中的一大擔心就是文章的長度不夠，再加上對於“可適當增減細節，不可字對字的翻譯”的誤解，於是便充分發揮想象能力，加入了很多離題較遠的細枝末節。這樣的文章寫出來更像是一篇“大雜燴”，從中找不到任何主題。還有一些作文，句子和句子之間的連貫性不強，邏輯思維混亂，讀起來讓人摸不到頭腦。

解決之道：理清思路，言之有物

我認為，很多人之所以寫不夠題目要求的作文字數，其中一個重要原因就是對於題目本身沒有理解透徹。建議同學們不要急於下筆，而是先考慮清楚自己要說幾點內容，這些內容之間的`邏輯關係是怎樣的。

作文開頭不要寫得太羅嗦，要找著恰當的切入點，快速入題，簡潔明快，結尾同樣不要拖泥帶水。建議大家多使用一些關聯詞。有了這些詞的連線，就會使文章變得語句通順，層次清楚。另外，考生不用過度迷信一些使用難度較高的複合句，只要關聯詞搭配合理，短小的句型、簡單的短語同樣也能使文章出彩。
