Now I’ll tell you something about our research project The World Food Crisis on behalf of our group. As you know, food shortages have hit many countries in the world and even caused social unrest in some areas. But who is responsible for the current world food crisis? First, annual world grains output has declined because of climate change. Then lots of farmland has been lost due to the rapid development of industry and urbanization. Besides, faced with the rising energy prices, people have turned to the production of biofuels, which has worsened the severe situation.
Then what should we do to deal with the problem? On one hand, we should focus on the environmental protection and improve the ecology. On the other hand, strict measures should be taken to protect farmland. Of course, to build a harmonious world the developed countries should take their responsibilities to help the poor ones experiencing food shortage.
As for me, I will call on the people around me to live thriftily. And for the moment, I think, we should study hard to develop science and help solve the food shortage in the future.

A short while ago when life was simple and all that mattered was friends and having fun. there were two sisters that lived life just as gracefully as possible. there names were carlie and mary jane they were liked by everyone but something just wasnt right. carlie and mary jane were both cheerleaders and loved it with a passion. but one day the unexpected happened.
The sisters that were always the best of friends werent so close and mary jane started arguing with her mom and little things like that. well one day it just got out of hand the arguing and yelling. m.j. and her mom were going to cheerleading practice and were going at it pretty bad and her mom said the most hurtful thing to her mary jane i cant believe the person youve become i want you out of my house and my e words pierced her heart so hard and so fast that she just plunged out of the car and down an embankment her mom stopped on a dime, yelling and praying she was okay. the car that was behind her saw the whole thing and happened to be a pastor, he got out and ran down the hill to find m.j.s mom lying there holding her daughter helplessly yelling and screaming for her daughter to wake up i love u sweetie wake up god please let her wake up i love her dont take her from me i need her god please.
The pastor walked over and called 911 and he began to pray, dear lord watch over this young lady bring her back we need her here dont take her away just yet. well the ambulance came and so did the helicopter they knew there was something seriously wrong. m.j.s mom gabrielle called carlie from the hospital and had her rush right over. carlie arrived and didnt even recognize her dear sister, so pale and bruised and filled with aggone her eyes began to water up. then she asked is she gonna be okay. the doctor replied, carlie your sister is on life support and is unconscious the odds arent good. poor carlie dropped to her knees and begged for her sister to wake up and be okay.

What on earth is the reason for limited topic length? It is so lame!
Anyways, back to the point. I am just back from the Beijing Railway Station, where I saw off my cousin. This seeminly innocuous trip was a real ordeal for me, because I will be very uncomfortable in the same space with a lot of people whom I don't know, particularly so if they have not the slightest idea of how to behave in public.
Actually the concourse was not as stuffed as I had expected, but the waiting room was a biblical scene teeming with people thronging together in eager anticipation. As soon as the boarding started, I didn't have to make a conscious effort, because the wave of people literally pushed me forward. It was obivous every one was in a fleeing mood, although from what I couldn't tell. Their life seemed to depend on being the first to get past the checking gate and dart on the train.
This mess reminded me of Dunkirk, where British Expeditinoary Forces made a hasty and embarrassing retreat into the Isle from the fallen France. As is shown on historical footages, BEF soldiers made orderly lines when wading through the shore to reach the ships assigned to rescue them from the jaws of death, while the German dive bombers and fighters were raking the surface of the water.
I am not eulogizing Westerner to spite my people. It is just sometimes you hope more civility from those as were wrestling their way forward at the railway station tonight.
