可是，我的外公的眼睛的了一個非常嚴重的病。醫生告訴他，讓他不要再做劇烈的運動了，特別是跑步。我媽媽回到家也對我的外公說：爸，您以後別再跑步了，也被在工作了，過幾天我就幫你把工作給辭掉。而我的外公卻說：“生命在於運動，我怎能放棄運動呢?”於是外公每天早上四點鐘起來，走哪一條路，而且我的外公也沒有辭掉那份工作。我敬佩外公勇於克服困難，戰勝困難的精神!
