二、大學聯考作弊處罰
2019年9月3日，最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院聯合對外發布《關於辦理組織考試作弊等刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》，對在普通高等學校招生考試、專升本、研究生考試等4大類“法律規定的國家考試”中組織作弊的，處三年以上七年以下有期徒刑並處罰金，嚴厲懲治考試作弊犯罪。
