新課改進行以來，為了提高自己的業務素質，我經常參加市，縣的各級課改培訓。
利用課餘時間學習《新課程標準》等與課改相關的書，並將所學習的培訓內容很好的應用到了自己的課堂上。
在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀，新的教學觀，新的學生觀，新的發展觀來看待學生，細緻備課，備教材，備學情。
在教學中不斷探索新的授課形式，採用探究式教學法，讓學生自己去探索，發現，總結，力求每節課都能在教學新理念，教學環節，教學手段上有新突破。
使教與學成為一種新型的互動關係，教師和學生是合作伙伴，在平等，愉快，和諧的氣氛中提高學生的學習興趣和效率。
