內容: Lesson 54

教具: 計算機 / 錄音機;幻燈機;圖片;音帶

教學目標:

1. 理解過去完成時

2. 學習生詞、片語及句型

語言點: on line, make a decision, so that, click on the screen, places of interest

教學過程:

I. 展示教學目標及重點

II. 複習

請同學們看與上一節課購物話題相關的錄影片,並練習相關句型,檢查上節課的造句及對話的作業。

III. 匯入

讓同學們觀看關於線上購物的圖片,用英語描述所觀看的圖。向同學們展示關於課文的問題,如下:

1. What did Sato Miyoko decide to buy online?

2. Why didn’t she buy it in a store?

3. What did her father think of her choice?

4. What did they do after a form appeared on the screen?

5. When did she receive what she had ordered?

帶領同學們觀看課文《線上購物》的錄影片或聽錄音帶。

IV. 看一看,聽一聽

教師播放課文《線上購物》的錄影片或錄音帶(放動畫Shopping online或課件Lesson 54 ),播放三遍。

播放第一遍,讓同學們回答上面的問題,然後教師指出正確答案。

1. She decided to buy a camera online.

2. Because she lives out in the country.

3. Her father thought that her choice is right.

4. They filled in the form and typed credit card number, telephone number, address and e-mail address.

5. A week later she received what she had ordered.

播放第二遍,讓同學們做由課文改編的習題,如完形填空。(放動畫Shopping online)

播放第三遍之後,讓同學們閱讀課文,核對所做習題的正確答案,並找出本課所出現的過去完成時態的語句,如下:

1) She had searched the Internet for two hours when she found an ad for the Canon digital camera.

2) After she had found more information, she asked her father if she could buy it.

3) After he had checked out all the information about different kinds of cameras, he believed his daughter had made a good decision.

V. 講解與實踐

講解本課的語言點,如: online, so that, as well, make a decision等,主要的知識點如下:

1. shopping online(互聯)網上或線上購物

2. take pictures of this trip在旅遊中照相

3. as 是連詞,作“由於,因為”解,引導原因狀語從句。

4. so that意思是“以便,為了 ”,常常引導結果狀語從句。“so (such) …that”引導結果狀語從句,作“這麼……,以至”或“所以”解,so接形容詞、副詞或分詞,而such則接名詞。

5. had searched 是過去完成時。

6. ad是縮短詞,也可寫成advertisement。

7. as well意思是“亦;也;又;同樣”。

8. different kinds of 不同種類的。

9. click on the screen 點選螢幕

10. she had ordered在這裡修飾the camera,指她所訂購的那臺相機。

展示關於服裝的圖片和以下單詞:

cost so much, cost so little, cheap, expensive, long, small; he,she,we,they,John,I

讓同學們用so that造句。

The jacket cost so much that he didn't buy it.

These trousers are so long that I can't wear them.

VI. 分組練習

讓同學們看本文的漢譯(在課件Lesson 54 中), 想一想作者主要向我們展示了什麼?

學生分為四組,出示以下活動主題或任務,讓他們按組進行準備:

假如你將要進行網上購物,你將會看到些什麼?你能說出整個過程是怎樣的嗎?

然後幫助同學們總結出重要的幾條經驗。或者觀看本課課件Lead you shopping online 後做相關購物練習。

VII. 作業

1. 複習本課內容並複述這個故事。用自己的話複述課文,要注意引導學生抓住文章的大意,不要單純地背誦。

2. 業餘時間去試著購物,並寫一篇關於購物的日記

教案點評:

本設計適用於多媒體教學環境下的案例,設計中運用了線上購物的圖片、錄影片、動畫及課件的運用,通過一系列生動形象的媒體素材,好似虛擬了一個線上購物的情景,使學生有身臨其境之感。
